The 8th grade science class at Glade Spring Middle built bone bridges as part of a halloween project. Students used the steps of the scientific method by observing different models of bridges, asking questions about bridges, making predictions about bridge structure, testing predictions and strength of their bridge, and finally forming hypotheses about their bridge. Students also learned about working and collaborating together on the projects.
