Kindergarten Intervention

Research indicates that quality early-learning experiences lay the foundation for future academic success.  In our Kindergarten Intervention Program, we target those students whose classroom performance indicates that supplemental small group instruction would provide them with the tools necessary to be more successful in the classroom.  Students receive 20-30 minutes of one-on-one or small group instruction from a highly qualified teacher.  This teacher works closely with the regular Kindergarten teachers and builds his/her lessons around the skills being taught in the classroom, those skills most needed by the students, and the Wilson Fundations Program.
