Students in Mrs. Cole’s first grade class at Meadowview Elementary
School celebrated their successes in a creative way this May! When
students reached their Accelerated Reader (A.R.) goals for the final
nine-weeks grading period of the year, they were rewarded with unique
treats. The girls chose to have pretty pedicures while the boys chose
to have terrific temporary tattoos. The students had a great time
getting these special treats, and, of course, they enjoyed reading
their books in order to earn this reward. The students and parents
worked diligently every day in order to meet their final A.R. goals!
